From Scratch

During my spring quarter at Northwestern, I filmed, produced and edited a documentary called "From Scratch" with a partner. It details the story of Old Fashioned Donuts, a 53-year-old donut shop on Chicago's Far South Side amid community disinvestment and deterioration. 86-year-old shop owner, Burritt "Mr. B" Bulloch, remains a staple in the community despite the challenges Roseland faces.
